1.NTB Review: This CD contains both original Yemenite songs, as well as songs that have been arranged and composed by Adir. In particular the synthesis of (very) different styles and genres from around the world turn listening to this music into an exotic musical adventure. While at one moment you think you are in Yemen, the next moment a Mexican theme comes along. A large number of musicians contributed to the CD. One of these deserves specific attention, namely the singer Zion Golan who made a vast contribution to the CD with his vocals. The gifted trumpetist concludes the CD with a lyric flugelhorn piece in which moments of melancholy appear that reminds one of the work of Chet Baker.

2. "…The vast majority of Latin-Jazz musicians likes to play hard, high and fast; a controlled and, in particular, subtle trumpet solo of Adir Kochavi, with coherent sentences and fluent moments of silence, is a true relieve in this context…"

3. “…Featuring Ruth Jacott in the astounding musical about the life of Billie Holiday, trumpet player Adir Kochavi wins recognition for his warmth and exceptional skill…”
